Conditions

1. If the buyer has not given other instructions, we insure the shipment at his own expense against transport damage.
2. We reserve the ownership of the goods until payment in full. This reservation applies also to the extended retention of title.
3. Our prices are ex works excluding packaging. The quoted prices are taken from our current lists. In case of price changes the on the delivery date effective list prices are valid.
4. Our guarantee time is 12 months from date of shipment (1 month – 200 operating hours). We warrant to eliminate defects that may appear with normal operation free of charge in our works. A repair outside of our works is not possible. Unauthorized interference release us of liability.
5. Compensation for damages may not exceed the purchase price.
6. Place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, Germany.
7. For the rest the law and the general delivery terms for products and services of the electrical industry in Germany are valid.
